Job summary

Intec Select is recruiting an End User Support Analyst for our client, a FTSE250 global financial services firm, in Houston. The role is office‑based five days a week with on‑call duties and some after‑hours work.

You will support end‑user technologies, triage issues, and maintain documentation while ensuring secure access and smooth operations across Windows 10/11, M365, and VDI environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end users in a corporate IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments and common IT tools.
• Familiarity with identity and access management technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for end users via phone, ServiceNow, email, and walk‑up support.
• Triage, own, and troubleshoot issues; liaise with IT teams for timely resolution.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, telephony and mobile devices.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles on a quarterly basis.
• Process service requests and tickets using ITIL practices and automation.
• Maintain hardware inventory, desk setups/moves, and proactive room checks.
• Assist with system access management and security controls.
• Experience with Exchange recipients and groups (on‑prem & Microsoft 365).
• Hands‑on with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune administration.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and willing to learn, including PowerShell scripting.
