Job summary

SEON, the fraud prevention and AML tech leader, seeks a Director of IT to lead a global IT & Systems Administration team. You will partner with People, Facilities, Security, and the COO to ensure continuity across SEON's offices worldwide.

Drive proactive, SLA-driven service delivery, lifecycle management, and automation initiatives. Build a small global team and shape governance, access controls, and knowledge assets to scale our IT operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT across multiple markets, not a single local office.
• Track record of turning reactive IT into proactive, SLA-driven service delivery.
• Hands-on lifecycle management: onboarding/offboarding, device and MDM provisioning.
• Vendor management for on-premise, AV, and networking infra, including moves.
• Experience building knowledge bases, SOPs, and support processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication and ability to own IT issues at company level.

Responsibilities

• Own global IT service delivery across all SEON offices, including help desk and access management.
• Establish SLAs and resolve issues at the appropriate level before escalation.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding so new hires have ready laptops and access.
• Develop a role-based access matrix with People and Security, address shadow IT.
• Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure and office moves/buildouts.
• Create knowledge bases and self-service docs to scale the team.
• Introduce automation to reduce routine tickets and deflect new ones.
• Grow a small, global IT team with a focus on automation and capacity building.
• Partner with People, Workplace & Facilities, Security, and COO on continuity.
