Job summary

Focus Financial Partners seeks a Director of Technology Operations to lead the operational service management function within Infrastructure & Operations. You will oversee Service Delivery Managers across network, servers, cloud, monitoring, and IAM, ensuring health, governance, and partner performance against established SLAs and runbooks.

You will partner with Architecture to validate new capabilities for production readiness, manage escalations, and deliver actionable, executive-ready

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise infrastructure operations and service delivery governance across distributed environments.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, incident/change/problem processes and SLA/KPI governance.
Proven ability to manage service delivery leaders, partner accountability, and escalations.

Responsibilities

Directly manage Service Delivery Managers for operational performance and partner accountability across infrastructure towers.
Establish operating expectations, review cadence, escalation handling, and performance reporting.
Own service health, governance, and reporting with clear ownership and deadlines.
Ensure partner work tracks in ServiceNow with compliant change management and CAB attendance.
Partner with Architecture and Design to ensure operational readiness and handoff for new capabilities.
