Job summary

Front, a customer operations platform, is seeking a Director of IT, Corporate Security & Infrastructure to own corporate security, IT infrastructure, and global operations. You will lead global helpdesk, IAM, and security programs, while partnering with Finance, Legal, and Exec teams to align strategy.

This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic roadmapping in a hybrid, US-based setting. You will drive end-to-end IT operations, from asset management to collaboration tooling, and guide AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, infrastructure, or security, with 3+ years managing a team you hired and developed.
• Hands-on depth in identity, cloud infrastructure, network, and endpoint management.
• Deep experience running an IAM program, with hands-on experience implementing and managing Okta.
• Experience with a modern SaaS stack at a fast-paced startup: Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Iru, Notion, Microsoft 365.
• You have run a security program, including SOC 2 Type II, access reviews, incident response, and vendor risk.
• Built IT operations end-to-end: intake, SLAs, runbooks, on-call. Include measurable outcomes.
• Formal change management experience, including the time a change went wrong and what you changed afterward.
• iPaaS or integration platform governance (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray).
• Budget ownership and capacity planning in a high-growth environment.
• Executive-level influence. You can secure roadmap funding across functions.
• Clear written communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front's IT Support function and global help desk operations.
• Direct IT team's ticketing, onboarding, and day-one enablement across locations.
• Own onboarding/offboarding automation using Workato and Okta Workflows.
• Develop runbooks and documentation to operate independently.
• Oversee change management, on-call and escalation processes.
• Manage IT assets, renewals, and tool consolidation.
• Define collaboration tool standards and strategy.
• Lead IAM, security controls, and vendor risk programs.
• Drive HR/Finance/Legal system integrations (ERP/HRIS/ATS).
• Grow and mentor a global IT & Security team; own budget and planning.
