SEON is seeking a Director of IT to lead the Global IT & Systems Administration team. You will own service delivery across SEON offices worldwide, manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access management, and partner with People, Workplace & Facilities, Security, and the COO to ensure operational continuity.

You will implement role-based access, build a knowledge base, and push automation to reduce tickets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT across multiple markets.
• Proven track record turning reactive IT into proactive SLA-driven delivery.
• Hands-on lifecycle management: onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, access provisioning.
• Vendor management for on-prem infrastructure and office moves.
• Experience building knowledge bases and SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Own global IT service delivery including help desk, ticketing, onboarding/offboarding.
• Establish and maintain SLAs on ticket response and resolution.
• Ensure readiness of laptops, accounts, and access before day one.
• Build role-based access matrix with People and Security; remediate shadow IT.
• Manage vendor relationships for on-premise infra, AV, networking across offices.
• Develop knowledge base, SOPs, and self-service documentation.
• Introduce automation to deflect routine tickets; aim to prevent tickets.
• Grow and develop a small global IT team with automation and capacity planning.
