Job summary

Connection is seeking a GlobalServe Client Manager to manage a portfolio of existing GlobalServe customers and serve as the main point of contact for the account relationship. You will learn the customer's business, IT environment and global needs, using data and feedback to identify risks and opportunities while collaborating with GlobalServe, Connection, partners and OEMs to support the customer.

The role focuses on account growth and customer retention, with about 30% international travel

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or global IT procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and engage with executives.
• Strategic, customer-focused mindset translating global requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with revenue, gross profit and forecasts management.

Responsibilities

• Owns the overall client relationship and develops a clear account strategy with short- and long-term goals.
• Maintains account pipeline and provides revenue forecasts based on opportunities and activity.
• Builds relationships with client contacts at all levels, including executives.
• Learns customer’s business, IT environment and global needs to inform action.
• Identifies growth opportunities within accounts and drives revenue targets.
• Leads QBRs/EBRs and follows through on actions.
