CIBTvisas, Inc is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to accelerate growth and retention for a portfolio of global clients headquartered in North America. You will nurture relationships with client stakeholders and work with operations to optimize programs, including travel and mobility solutions.

The role is remote-capable with travel up to 25% and requires collaboration with a global footprint to achieve high satisfaction and engagement while expanding services and technology usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in visa services, travel or relationship management.
• Thorough understanding of technology trends and ability to illustrate benefits to clients.
• Located in North America and able to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and implementation of new clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Monitor SLAs and client satisfaction, escalate and address issues.
• Conduct quarterly client review meetings at client sites or virtually.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and client adoption of CIBT offerings.
