Techary Inc. in New Jersey is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Global Sales ecosystem. The role collaborates with Global Account Managers, assisting with BAU activities and smaller client requirements from the New Jersey office.

The position offers progression into more senior, autonomous roles within a rapidly growing global IT company and emphasizes proactive, detail-oriented, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ IT sales support, account coordination, or account management experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce (desired)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
• Outgoing and collaborative personality with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
• Ambitious individual who has a desire to grow and develop within a rapidly expanding company
• Proactive with the ability to use initiative and work independently
• Knowledge of the IT Channel desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to the Account Management Team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including; preparing quotes, managing portals, coordinating order fulfilment and assisting with project execution
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts using Techary’s CRM system
• Maintain strong internal and external relationships through timely communication and follow-through
• Maintain detailed knowledge of client needs and expectations
• Act as a liaison between all stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services and opportunities
