Private Health Management is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Account Management team as we prepare for new business and growth. The role handles administrative and transactional tasks, freeing Account Executives to focus on strategy and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of administrative and transactional work that supports Account Executives and helps keep account activity moving efficiently. Support recurring account needs, including monthly and quarterly meeting preparation and renewals.
• Support smaller revenue-generating PHM clients, helping ensure their account needs are addressed accurately and on time. Build account management skills and client knowledge while taking on increasing ownership as experience grows.
• Maintain and improve information in Salesforce, contribute to expanded Salesforce capabilities, and create reporting that supports Account Executives. Work regularly across Salesforce, Sigma, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office 365, and Zoom.
• Learn PHM's account management processes and business quickly, taking on increasing responsibility as your knowledge grows.
