Job summary

KLA in Totowa, NJ is seeking a Product Installation Manager to oversee deployments of semiconductor inspection and metrology systems worldwide. This highly visible leadership role requires coordinating field teams, customers, manufacturing, engineering, and service organizations to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Travel at least 15% of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global installation and upgrade activities for KLA products.
• Directly and indirectly lead teams of Installation Engineers supporting customer sites worldwide.
• Develop installation schedules and optimize deployment of engineering resources.
• Coordinate site readiness, logistics, asset availability, and installation planning.
• Partner with Service, Manufacturing Operations, Product Support, Engineering, and regional teams.
• Manage installation escalations and drive timely resolution of technical or operational challenges.
• Monitor installation progress, milestones, warranty starts, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure systems meet operational and quality standards before transfer to customer ownership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on installation efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
