Job summary

KLA is a global leader in nanotechnology inspection and measurement equipment for the semiconductor industry. We are seeking a Product Install Engineering Manager in the United States to oversee the timely installation of KLA products at customer sites and to coordinate resources across the installation lifecycle.

The role requires a BS or AA with relevant experience and 3–5 years in semiconductor capital equipment, plus strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree or AA with applicable experience.
• 3-5 years of work experience supporting comparable capital equipment for the semiconductor industry is required.
• Project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install KLA products at customer sites and manage installation resources.
• Directly manages a team of Product Install Engineers and provides guidance.
• Interact with customers and management, delivering technical presentations on projects and schedules.
• Achieve strategic objectives: Cost of Install, Cost of Pre-warranty, Install Cycle time, On-Time Install, and OOBQ.
• Manage costs through resource deployment, install case management, and cross-charge.
• Attend meetings, prepare and present status reports to management.
• Participate in Product Life Cycle team as a core member representing Customer Ops.
