Job summary

KLA is seeking a Product Installation Engineer to lead on-time installation and qualification of advanced capital equipment at customer sites worldwide. You will represent KLA with customers, manage installation performance, and ensure a smooth warranty start.

The role requires extensive travel (domestically and internationally) and strong skills in electronics, optics, and mechanical/electrooptical systems. A Master’s or Bachelor's with related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's with 2 years related work experience
• Experience with high-vacuum systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation
• Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of complex equipment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regions, engineering, and customer teams
• Provide clear status updates to all stakeholders during the installation process
• Complete installation documentation and secure warranty signoff
