Job summary

Ocenco Incorporated is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will respond to RFQs/RFPs from customers worldwide, generate contracts, and manage inquiries from quote to delivery.

You will coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and production to ensure accurate proposals, assist in contract generation, and track order status through ERP and CRM systems. A possible bonus awaits based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFQs/RFPs to generate contracts worldwide.
• Input inquiries and place orders, tracking through delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and production for proposal feasibility.
• Assist in contract generation and management per company policies.
• Follow up with customers to address questions and shipping concerns.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate billing and collections.
• Maintain CRM and ERP records of sales activities and communications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Create sales orders through the ERP system.
