Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order management; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of order processing, quotations, and pricing; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Prepare quotations and provide pricing, order status, delivery, and product information.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, returns, and service-related issues.
• Coordinate with outside sales, Account Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Accounting.
• Process shipping paperwork, export docs, and RMAs per procedures.
• Maintain records of sales activity, commitments, complaints, and order status.
• Monitor inventory and expedite priority orders as needed.
• Investigate and help resolve customer concerns with internal teams.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and ERP software for order entry, pricing, reporting, and customer management.
• Support continuous improvement of customer service and sales processes.
