Job summary

Allient Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to process quotations and orders, respond to inquiries, and support sales activities.

The role collaborates with outside sales, Account Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Accounting to ensure order accuracy, on-time delivery, and strong customer satisfaction while maintaining records and handling RMAs and shipping paperwork as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of quotations, pricing, and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Provide quotations, pricing, order status, delivery information.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, returns, and service issues.
• Coordinate with outside sales, Account Managers, Engineering, Shipping, and Accounting to support customer requirements.
