Job summary

Allient Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to join our team.

The role focuses on processing quotations and orders, answering inquiries, and supporting sales activities to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with outside sales, Account Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Shipping and Accounting to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and effective resolution of customer concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 3-4 years in customer service, inside sales, or order management; manufacturing a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with quotations, pricing, and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Provide pricing, order status, delivery, and product information to customers.
• Serve as main contact for inquiries, returns, and service issues.
• Coordinate with outside sales, engineering, manufacturing, shipping, and accounting.
• Maintain records of sales activity and customer commitments.
• Utilize MS Office and ERP for data entry, reporting, and account management.
