Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, customer service, or order management, preferably global operations
• CRM systems experience; CRM admin a plus with ownership of CRM

Responsibilities

• Process orders, quotes, and PO efficiently with production/shipping coordination
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries by phone, email, and web
• Own CRM setup, admin, and data integrity; generate sales/order reports
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and other departments across sites to keep orders on track
• May travel to Indianapolis facility as needed and perform additional duties
