Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Information Security Strategist to shape and implement the firm’s long-term information security strategy. This senior role partners with global leaders to align security initiatives with business objectives and drive a proactive program that protects assets and enables growth.

The position requires deep knowledge of security domains, strong business acumen, and proven leadership in global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in strategy, organizational change, or business process improvement, with at least 10 years in Information Security or Information Technology domains.
• Exceptional program leadership and stakeholder management skills for global initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate needs into security requirements and business value.
• Excellent English writing and verbal presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term information security program strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to anticipate future changes in services and client requirements.
• Champion security strategy across the organization and drive adoption of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor emerging security technologies and threats to proactively adapt the security program.
• Provide executive analyses, roadmaps, and data-driven recommendations to guide decision-making.
