EY seeks a Global Information Security Strategist to shape and implement the firm’s long‑term security strategy. You will collaborate with the Global Lead for Information Security Strategy and Research to align security initiatives with business objectives, technologies, and evolving threats.

In this senior role you’ll lead strategic programs, engage executives, and drive adoption of security capabilities across global teams, ensuring resilience while enabling secure growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy development, organizational change or business process improvement with strong security domain experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/InfoSec or related field; equivalent mix of education and experience considered.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in a global organization.
• Ability to translate business needs into security program requirements and articulate value.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long‑term information security program strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to anticipate changes in services, technology, and client requirements.
• Rationalize recommendations and champion security strategy across the organization to reduce risk.
• Analyze program performance and drive improvements for agility and effectiveness.
• Monitor emerging security technologies and threats to adapt strategy.
• Plan and propose security initiatives, pilot projects, and business cases for new investments.
• Partner with Information Security, Enterprise Technology and Client Technology teams from the outset.
• Prepare high‑level analyses and roadmaps for executive leadership with data‑driven insights.
