Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Information Security Strategist to shape and implement the firm’s long-term security strategy. The role partners with the Global Lead for Information Security Strategy and Research to align security programs with business objectives and drive enterprise-wide risk reduction.

You will supervise strategy development, collaboration with executives, and adoption of security initiatives across global teams, ensuring protection of assets while enabling growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy development or business process improvement with security focus.
• At least 10 years in Information Security or IT domains with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Info Security or a related field; equivalent combination considered.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term information security strategy aligned to global business goals.
• Collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to anticipate future changes and needs.
• Build awareness and adoption of security initiatives across the organization.
• Evaluate and improve security programs for efficiency and agility.
• Monitor emerging threats and technologies to evolve the security strategy.
