Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Information Security Strategist to shape and implement the firm’s long-term information security strategy. You will collaborate with senior leaders to align security programs with business objectives and enable secure innovation across a multinational platform.

This senior role requires deep security knowledge and strong business acumen. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage stakeholders across regions, and drive adoption of security capabilities that strengthen EY’s

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years in strategy development, organizational change, or business process improvement with strong impact.
At least 10 years in Information Security or IT domains with increasing responsibility.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

Define and drive long-term information security program strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leaders to anticipate future security needs and recommendations.
Drive adoption of strategic security initiatives across the organization to reduce risk.
Analyze and improve information security processes and stakeholder feedback.
Monitor emerging security technologies and threats to adapt the strategy.
