This senior role partners with the Global Lead for Information Security Strategy and Research to align security initiatives with business objectives and global strategy.

Responsibilities include strategic program development, executive reporting, and driving adoption of security initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy development or organizational change with strong business impact.
• At least 10 years in Information Security or IT domains with increasing responsibility.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; English writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term information security program strategies aligned with firm objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to anticipate future changes in services, tech, and client requirements.
• Build awareness and adoption of security initiatives across global teams; drive risk reduction.
