Job summary

EY seeks a Global Information Security Strategist to shape long-term security strategy and align it with EY's business goals. You will partner with the Global Lead for Information Security Strategy and drive security programs across technology and operations.

This role requires deep knowledge of IAM, incident response, risk management, and security architecture, plus strong executive communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, change, or business process improvement with impact.
• At least 10 years in Information Security or IT with escalating responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term information security program strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align security with business plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and secure stakeholder adoption of strategy.
• Analyze program effectiveness and identify improvements for agility.
• Monitor trends, evaluate technologies, and adapt security roadmaps.
• Present high-level analyses and roadmaps to executive leadership.
