Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Information Security Strategist to shape and implement the firm’s long-term security strategy. You will lead with senior stakeholders to align security programs with business goals, while monitoring threats and emerging technologies across a global organization.

You will partner across teams to plan innovative security initiatives, drive adoption, and communicate impact to executives. This role blends strategic thinking with deep cybersecurity expertise and business acumen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy development, organizational change, or business process improvement.
• At least 10 years in Information Security or Information Technology domains.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Info Security/IT or related field; equivalent combination considered.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in global organizations and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term information security program strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to anticipate future services, technologies and client requirements.
• Rationalize and present recommendations to stakeholders; champion the security strategy across the firm.
• Analyze program effectiveness, identify improvements, and increase agility.
• Monitor emerging security technologies and industry trends to adapt security strategy.
• Propose research initiatives or pilots to expand security capabilities and investments.
• Partner with Information Security, Enterprise Technology, and Client Technology teams early in projects.
• Prepare high-level analyses and roadmaps for executive leadership.
