This senior role collaborates with the Global Lead for Information Security Strategy and Research to align security with business goals, managing programs that protect assets while enabling growth.

The role requires deep security expertise, strategic planning, and leadership across global teams.

Qualifications

10+ years shaping strategy and leading change.
10+ years in Information Security or Information Technology.
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives in a global organization.

Responsibilities

Define long-term information security program strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leaders to understand short‑ and long‑range plans and recommend security strategies.
Build awareness and adoption across global teams, championing security initiatives.
Analyze program effectiveness and optimize processes for agility and impact.
Monitor emerging security technologies and trends to adapt strategy.
Identify strategic opportunities for innovation and develop business cases for investments.
Partner early with Information Security, Enterprise Tech, and Client Tech teams on new capabilities.
Provide executive analyses, roadmaps, and clear security guidance to leadership.
