Job summary

Nscale is seeking an experienced Immigration & Mobility Specialist to support our global workforce with US and global immigration expertise. This in-house role combines people-focused support with rigorous immigration operations, delivering a high-quality, human-centered experience in partnership with external counsel.

You will manage relocations, visa renewals, sponsorships, and case management across the US, building processes, tracking metrics, and ensuring compliance while communicating

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrable US immigration experience, in-house or with a provider.
• Strong knowledge of US and global immigration frameworks and handling cases with external counsel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear, empathetic explanations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for immigration queries with clear, timely guidance.
• Guide employees and managers through complex immigration processes and deadlines.
• Own day-to-day US immigration case management with external counsel.
• Maintain records, reporting, and ensure compliance while addressing risks.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and immigration partners.
• Document workflows and build tracking systems to improve transparency.
