Job summary

Western Union is seeking a seasoned global mobility and immigration leader to manage end-to-end programs, with primary responsibility for U.S. immigration and oversight of international cases.

You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and external providers to ensure compliant, scalable mobility solutions, governance, and continuous process improvement, while working in a hybrid office setup in Miami or Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Global Mobility, Immigration, Global HR Ops, Total Rewards, or related field.
• 5+ years managing employment-based immigration programs.
• Experience across multiple countries/regions.
• Experience with U.S. work authorization, compliance, and E-Verify.
• Experience partnering with external immigration counsel or vendors.
• Experience developing mobility/immigration policies or governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mobility and immigration programs across regions, with focus on U.S. immigration.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, management, counsel, providers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee employment-based immigration, renewals, permanent residence, compliance, and case management.
• Administer Form I-9 and E-Verify programs, audit readiness, and record retention.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business units to align mobility activities with objectives.
• Develop mobility policies, governance standards, and procedures.
• Manage relationships with immigration counsel and vendors for service delivery.
• Monitor regulatory changes and program metrics to drive improvements.
• Lead projects supporting organizational growth and operational effectiveness.
