Datadog is seeking an experienced immigration and mobility professional to support U.S. and Americas programs, guiding employees and new hires through work authorization, relocations, and related processes.

You will partner with Recruiting, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Benefits, and People teams to address immigration requirements, resolve escalations, and ensure a compliant, employee-focused mobility experience.

Qualificações

• Six+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, immigration, global mobility, or related field.
• At least two years directly managing employment-based immigration processes.
• Hands-on experience with immigration and relocation programs, including commonly used work authorization categories.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate employment-based immigration cases across the Americas with employees, candidates, internal stakeholders, and external counsel.
• Manage U.S. immigration programs (H-1B, F-1, TN, E-3, O-1, J-1, permanent residence) and related processes.
• Oversee domestic and international relocation programs, vendors, communications, eligibility, cost estimates, and policy exceptions.
• Maintain accurate immigration and mobility records in Workday and monitor deadlines; develop reporting on activity, costs, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to update processes, documentation, and automation opportunities.
