Job summary

Nscale is seeking an Immigration & Mobility Specialist to manage US and global immigration workflows, collaborate with external counsel, and deliver a human-centered employee experience across hires, relocations, and visa renewals.

You will help ensure compliance, explain timelines and requirements, and scale our immigration program as the company grows, partnering with People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and leadership to navigate complex cross-border challenges.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of US immigration experience
• Knowledge of US/global immigration frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with accountability and collaborative spirit

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for immigration queries, providing clear, timely guidance to employees, candidates, and managers.
• Support people through complex immigration processes, ensuring timelines and requirements are understood.
• Own day-to-day immigration case management across the US, coordinating with external counsel on complex matters.
• Maintain records and reporting, meet compliance obligations, and identify immigration risks.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and immigration partners to meet service levels.
• Document workflows and build tracking systems to improve transparency and employee experience.
• Use data, program metrics, and feedback to improve immigration processes and service delivery.
• Partner with People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and leaders to translate regulations into practical guidance and scale the program
