Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Global Mobility & Immigration Lead to own our immigration program, handling US visa petitions end-to-end while ensuring compliance and a human, smooth experience for Klaviyos.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and relocation vendors, staying up-to-date on laws and developing processes for US and international assignments to support our rapidly growing team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate immigration and/or global mobility.
• Understanding of tax related mobility issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build the mobility and immigration program; advise on best practices.
• Own US visa petitions end-to-end from kickoff to approval; coordinate with stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Monitor immigration landscape and inform employees; weigh risks and communicate strategy.
