Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a senior specialist to own our mobility and immigration program in the US, partnering with leadership to design compliant processes and deliver a remarkable experience for all Klaviyos. You will drive end-to-end visa petitions, coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel, and relocations partners, and monitor the evolving immigration landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate immigration and/or global mobility.
• Understanding of the tax side of mobility and employment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter in a fast-moving environment with data integrity.
• Proven project, program, and vendor management capabilities.
• Customer-service orientation with ability to handle stress.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the immigration program for Klaviyo, advising leadership on best practices and compliance.
• Drive US visa petitions from kickoff to approval and coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel, and vendors.
• Monitor immigration developments and keep employee base informed while assessing risks and strategy.
• Manage relocation and service vendors to ensure smooth moves for employees and families.
• Develop processes for US and international assignments, enabling career growth and global bench strength.
