Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Sr HRIS Analyst to lead the development, implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems worldwide. You will optimize UKG modules, ensure data integrity and automate reports for HR leadership.

Responsibilities include analytics, SOX and data audits, benefits coordination and acting as a liaison to IT. The role requires 5+ years in HRIS administration and a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in-depth experience administering various HRIS and other HR programs.
• Proficiency with various HRIS and web-based HR management tools.
• Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement UKG HRIS improvements and customizations.
• Maintain HRIS data entry and ensure data integrity globally.
• Serve as primary UKG HRIS liaison and coordinate with IT and Benefits.
• Develop HR dashboards and ad hoc reports for management.
• Audit data for SOX compliance and annual data testing.
• Administer benefits enrollment and HR administration backup tasks.
