Job summary

AMS is a global, inclusive and innovative company seeking an HRIS Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end HRIS projects. You will configure modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and ATS, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors to ensure successful deployments across large organisations.

The role requires 5+ years of HRIS experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing HRIS/HCM platforms.
• Hands-on system configuration experience.
• Experience implementing HR modules: Employee Data, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting/ATS.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Data migration, integrations, testing, and configuration management.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects from planning to post-go-live support.
• Configure and maintain HRIS/HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, ATS).
• Gather and document business requirements, translate them into system solutions.
• Configure workflows, security roles, approvals, org structures, and business rules.
• Manage data migration, validation, cleansing, and integrations.
• Coordinate UAT, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendors through the lifecycle.
• Develop implementation plans, process docs, training materials, and user guides.
• Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Recommend process improvements and system optimization.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
