Job summary

AMS is seeking a HR Technology Consulting professional to deliver medium complexity talent technology projects with SME knowledge in two to three key tools. You will act as trusted advisor, focusing on deploying talent acquisition technologies with integrations into mid-market and enterprise organizations.

You will own project delivery end-to-end, plan activities, manage budgets, and coordinate with client stakeholders and technology partners to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence client stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience deploying HR technologies, ideally recruitment/workflow products.
• Hands-on system configuration experience.
• Knowledge of ATS/CRM/VMS and chatbot technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of talent technology implementations with SME knowledge in 2–3 tools.
• Deliver and project manage defined talent technology implementations.
• Plan activities within budget and timeline, manage scope and expectations.
• Document configuration and perform system configuration.
• Identify risks and issues, mitigate with client stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and partner teams.
• Advise on integration capabilities and gather requirements.
• Track time and achieve utilization target of at least 75%.
