Job summary

AMS is seeking an HRIS Implementation Consultant for our New York operations. You will lead end-to-end HRIS/HCM projects, configure modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and ATS, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver successful implementations.

You will translate business requirements into scalable configurations, manage data migrations, run UAT, and create training materials. Remote-friendly with strong stakeholder management skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring HRIS/HCM platforms.
• Hands-on configuration experience, not just end-user or administrative experience.
• Experience implementing Employee Data/Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end HRIS/HCM implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain HRIS modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance, ATS.
• Gather requirements and translate into system configurations and workflows.
• Configure business rules, workflows, security roles, and permissions.
• Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and integrations.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and troubleshooting.
• Develop implementation documentation, process maps, training materials.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT for successful delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and drive system improvements.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and support end-to-end HRIS/HCM implementations and enhancements.

• Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshooting activities.


• Develop implementation documentation, process maps, and training materials.


• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.


• Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous system improvements.


• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring HRIS/HCM platforms.


• Hands‑on configuration experience, not just end‑user or administrative experience.


• Experience implementing one or more of the following areas:

• Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll practices, and employee lifecycle management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with platforms such as: Workday , iCIMS, Avature, Taleo, UKG, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, Hibob

• We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is USD 95500- 125700 for US and USD 109800- 144600 in New York, plus applicable benefits.
