Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm, seeks a Manager, HR Systems & Analytics to lead Workday and related HR technologies. You will partner with HR, IT and finance to deliver reliable data and insights that drive enterprise decisions.

The role requires a strong HR systems background, governance, and reporting expertise, with Workday experience in a complex organization. A hybrid work model across multiple offices is supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in HR systems, HRIS, workforce analytics or HR technology roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Hands-on experience with Workday in a global organization.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, data governance, reporting, integrations and best practices.
Experience partnering with IT on enterprise applications, integrations and security.
Experience in a professional services environment, ideally law firms or similar.
Workday certifications or advanced Workday knowledge preferred.
Experience with Power BI or Prism Analytics for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead HR Systems Leadership and Administration, overseeing Workday and related HR technologies.
Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to drive system enhancements and governance.
Oversee releases, upgrades, testing, issue resolution and prioritization.
Lead analytics, dashboards and workforce reporting to support strategic decisions.
Direct a team of analysts, focusing on service delivery and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
