Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in HR systems, HRIS, analytics, or HR technology roles; 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on Workday experience in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of HR data governance, reporting, integrations, and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, configuration, and improvements of Workday and related HR technologies.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, integration, and support of HR systems across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with IT to ensure reliability, security, and data governance of HR tech.
• Serve as strategic partner to HR leadership on technology initiatives and process changes.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to standardize processes and drive enhancements.
• Oversee releases, testing, and prioritization of HR system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
• Stay current on HR tech trends and capabilities.
