Job summary

The Executive Director of Human Resources at EPI Networking is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy aligned with the company’s business plan across our multi-facility operations, focusing on succession planning, talent management, change management, and performance management.

This role provides global strategic leadership to the executive management team, shareholders and the board, requiring a proven track record in HR leadership at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least five years in executive HR roles.
• BS/BA degree; MBA or MA/MS in HR or related field preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
• Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
• Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
• Provide strategic leadership globally in our multi-facility set-up by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors.
