Job summary

Epiq is seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders within the Class Action and Restructuring businesses. You will align workforce strategy with business objectives, lead workforce planning, design, succession, and talent assessment, using analytics to drive risk and opportunity decisions.

You will coach three HR professionals, guide employee relations and programs, drive talent reviews and leadership development, and lead change management for growth,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership or HR Business Partner experience in complex professional services or similar environments.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on workforce strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead HR teams and drive organizational design, succession, and talent management.
• Experience leveraging data, automation, or AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and influencing skills; able to balance strategic thinking with delivery.
• Experience with global and geographically dispersed teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders within Class Action and Restructuring.
• Align workforce and organizational strategies with business goals and growth plans.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession, and talent assessment.
• Lead a team of three HR professionals delivering HRBP support across the org.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations and program delivery.
• Drive talent reviews, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
• Lead change management for growth, restructuring, acquisitions, and transformation.
• Partner on digital and workforce transformation using AI-enabled solutions.
