Job summary

Epiq Systems, Inc. seeks an HR Director to lead HR for its Class Action and Restructuring businesses, guiding talent, design, and leadership development across global teams. You will partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals and drive sustainable growth.

You will coach a three-person HR team, leverage workforce analytics and AI-enabled solutions, and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful HR programs at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership or HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on workforce strategy and business transformation.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams.
• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, and change management.
• Experience driving digital or AI-enabled HR transformation and analytics.
• Strong executive presence and influencing skills.
• Experience with global, dispersed teams preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders in Class Action and Restructuring.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession initiatives.
• Coach a three-person HR team and ensure effective delivery of HR services.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify risks and opportunities for growth.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to align programs with business needs.
• Drive talent reviews, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
• Lead change management efforts during restructuring and growth initiatives.
• Support global teams with scalable HR solutions and process improvements.
