Employment Resources, Inc. is seeking a Director of Human Resources and Administration to lead the HR and Administrative functions. You will shape policies, ensure legal compliance, and drive talent strategy while overseeing staff responsible for ERI's administrative services.

The role involves supervising recruitment, training, employee relations, and HRIS management, with a focus on morale, retention, and organizational effectiveness across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is required
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles
• Minimum of five years of human resource management experience required

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training of staff in HR and Administrative Departments
• Direct daily workflow of the HR and Administrative departments
• Provide performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and morale programs
• Oversee workers' compensation and unemployment claims
• Monitor EEO reporting and HR metrics
• Maintain HRIS and talent management systems
• Draft and distribute HR reports and analyses
• Support contracts and quality assurance
• Participate in organizational planning and decision-making
