Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR business partner experience with Fortune 500 companies.
• Experience leading managers of managers and delivering complex messages to executives.
• Cross‑functional expertise across compensation, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a business HR leader; partners with executives at DIR & VPs.
• Develops strategic HR initiatives with global scope.
• Influences KPIs and value drivers by linking to market position and brand identity.
• Uses negotiation and influencing techniques to drive large initiatives.
• Drives data‑driven decisions on key business initiatives.
• Leads HR transformation and global programs across multiple segments.
• Articulates talent strategy to HR and business stakeholders.
• Oversees HR program delivery in line with HR services.
• Ensures integration with other organizational functions.
