Ideal candidates have 10+ years in HCM tech, hands-on UKG Pro experience, and a track record of leading multi-country HR platform consolidations, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HCM/HR technology and enterprise solution architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on UKG Pro experience, ideally in architecture or solution leadership roles.
• Experience delivering UKG Pro, ADP and Workday coexistence in complex enterprise landscapes.
• Led HR system migrations and platform consolidations end to end across multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of People Center/Core HR and end-to-end lifecycle processes.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, and iPaaS-based integrations.
• Data transformation, mapping, monitoring and reconciliation in HR integrations.
• Security, roles, workflows and IAM considerations for HR systems.
