Responsibilities

• Own the full UKG roadmap and cross-module integrations to achieve business objectives.
• Lead active UKG implementations, including PM, process design, testing and training.
• Collaborate with sponsors and leaders to define objectives and document requirements.
• Guide design workshops and ensure deliverables meet scope, cost, timing, and goals.
• Provide SME support to stakeholders on UKG modules and issues.
• Manage UKG issues with account managers and drive service requests.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal on UKG solutions.
• Establish clear stakeholder communication cadence for decisions and priorities.
• Identify automation opportunities and system improvements for HR tech.
