Job summary

Unifi, the nation’s largest aviation services provider, seeks an experienced HR Technology leader to own the UKG Pro roadmap and drive end-to-end implementations across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Operations and Legal to align initiatives with business goals.

You will manage multiple UKG projects, lead design workshops, document requirements, and provide SME guidance to stakeholders, enabling a streamlined HR tech landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing UKG Pro modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee experience.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders during complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full UKG roadmap and module integration across systems.
• Deliver multiple UKG implementations with project management and design.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and document processes.
• Provide SME guidance on UKG modules to internal teams.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Operations and Legal on implementations.
• Ensure timely, within-scope deliverables meeting objectives.
