Framatome in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Manager, HR Operations to lead design, development, and execution of HR programs across compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and employee relations. You will advise leaders and employees, driving strategic HR initiatives within a regulated, technical environment.

The role requires leading an HR Operations team, partnering globally to align HR strategies, and delivering solutions that meet business goals while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field plus 8 years of related experience.
• Experience navigating the complexities of a globally matrixed organization.
• Experience operating within regulated work environments.
• Experience operating in a union environment is preferred.

• Design, develop, and execute HR programs and policies across compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and employee relations.
