Job summary

FTI Consulting in Atlanta, GA is seeking an HR Generalist, Global SMD Operations, to drive day-to-day HR operations for senior leaders while aligning with global standards and managing key lifecycle events such as onboarding and KSIP program administration.

You will coordinate with HR Operations, regional teams and COEs, support lifecycle events, and contribute to process improvements while upholding local legal and cultural requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of HR project experience, process improvement and change management.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes and global alignment for senior leaders.
• Oversee onboarding, promotions, transitions and separations.
• Identify workflow improvements and support cross-functional teams.
• Partner with HR Operations, COEs and regional HR teams.
• Resolve bottlenecks to speed up cross-functional support.
