Job summary

Framatome is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to support and advance compliance programs in the U.S. This role ensures adherence to federal, state, and internal regulatory requirements by developing compliant processes and analyzing HR data with cross‑functional collaboration across HR, Payroll, Legal, and business operations.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving effective compliance outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; equivalent experience allowed.
  • Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Familiarity with employment law regulations and Inflation Reduction Act provisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data analysis experience.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR compliance programs, processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Build consultative relationships with HR Operations, Talent Management, and business leaders to support compliance needs.
  • Assist in developing HR compliance strategies and best practices with HR, Payroll, Legal, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze large HR data sets to extract insights and support decision-making.
  • Convey findings and recommendations to leadership for compliance planning and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor employment law regulations, including IRA provisions, for organizational compliance.
  • Manage compliance-related projects with multiple stakeholders and timely deliverables.
  • Perform assessments, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to strengthen programs.
  • Respond to and resolve compliance-related issues in complex situations.

Why This Role Is Critical

The HR Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting and advancing Framatome’s HR compliance programs. This role ensures adherence to federal, state, and internal regulatory requirements by developing and implementing compliance processes, analyzing complex HR data, and collaborating with key stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Legal, and business operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving effective compliance outcomes.

What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Framatome’s HR compliance programs, processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Build strong consultative and collaborative relationships with HR Operations, Talent Management, and business leaders to support compliance needs and initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and executing HR compliance strategies and best practices, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Legal, and business stakeholders.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret large and complex HR data sets to extract insights, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Convey findings and recommendations clearly to leadership to support compliance planning and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and interpret employment law regulations, including relevant IRA provisions, to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Manage compliance-related projects involving multiple stakeholders and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Perform assessments, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance programs.
  • Respond to and resolve compliance-related issues in complex or ambiguous situations.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Familiarity with employment law regulations and Inflation Reduction Act/Davis Bacon provisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated experience organizing, analyzing, and interpreting big data.
  • Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and provide solutions in ambiguous or complex environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
Total Rewards Package

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $66,000-$86,000and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
