Job summary

CardioFocus, Inc. in Marlborough, MA is hiring a full-time Human Resources Specialist/Manager to lead people strategy and day-to-day HR operations.

You will partner with leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness, support engagement and development, and maintain a high-performing culture, reporting to the VP of Finance and Administration. The role covers talent acquisition, payroll administration, benefits, compliance, and employee relations across domestic and international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience.
• Experience in payroll, benefits, HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• ADP and Concur experience preferred.
• SHRM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle talent acquisition with hiring managers.
• Prepare, coordinate, and execute offer letters with accurate communications.
• Manage employee life-cycle including onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
• Provide guidance on policies, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Administer payroll across domestic and international jurisdictions.
• Manage employee benefits including PTO and 401(k) enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR records.
• Coordinate leave administration and HR reporting.
• Review and approve expense reports (Concur experience preferred).
• Partner with leadership to develop people strategies and engagement.
• Support ad-hoc HR initiatives in a growing organization.
