Job summary

PCS Wireless is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead day-to-day HR systems, data governance, and global programs. You will own the UKG Ready platform, drive process improvements, and partner with HR to support onboarding, performance, changes, and recruiting across our locations.

You will design scalable solutions, develop dashboards, and ensure data integrity. This role blends hands-on work with strategic program delivery, enabling PCS to operate consistently and effectively

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Broad HR operations experience, global or multi-location.
• Hands-on HRIS ownership; UKG Ready preferred.
• Understanding of full employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance, changes, offboarding).
• Strong analytical skills and HR data reporting experience.
• Experience improving and building processes, not just following existing ones.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own UKG Ready and HR systems administration, configuration, reporting, integrations, data integrity, and improvements.
• Map, simplify, and standardize HR processes across the employee lifecycle and implement scalable solutions.
• Develop reliable recurring HR reporting and dashboards; maintain accurate data.
• Coordinate and improve HR programs (onboarding, goal setting, performance management, employee changes).
• Support recruiting across the business for priority roles and surge requisitions.
• Help build practical talent development opportunities for managers and employees.
• Establish calendars, workflows, and ownership to keep priorities on track.
• Lead HR projects and maintain an HR roadmap, surfacing capacity risks and coordinating stakeholders.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and drive improvements across HR.
